Wildlife Tour

Namibia is one of the most fascinating countries in Africa and with its staggering variety of contrasting habitats and a massively diverse mix of cultures, it offers a wildlife and photography experience like no other.

This tour takes you to all the most fascinating locations in Namibia, to explore its wilderness and provide inspiring photo-opportunities.  You will visit the Namib Desert, the oldest and most captivating desert in the world, where the vast and moody sand dunes create a tapestry of colour and shapes, making it a photographic utopia.  At the foggy coastal town of Walvis Bay, you will never be short of photographic opportunities; thousands of migratory waders, flamingos, pelicans and seals will be seen from a boat and on land, with the background of the most beautiful sunsets over the Atlantic Ocean.  The mysterious and intriguing Skeleton Coast is a landscape photographer’s dream. In Damaraland, you will come face to face with the legendary desert elephants, adapted to life with scare resources. You will be spoiled for photographic subjects at Twyffelfontein, which holds the largest collection of rock art in Africa.  The game viewing in Etosha National Park ranks as one of the best in Africa and a three-day stay here will ensure wildlife experience at its best.  We will complete our Namibian adventure with a visit to AfriCat Foundation, where you will learn about its mission to save big carnivores and rare wildlife in the country.

This tour is suitable for wildlife enthusiasts who are looking for an enlightening holiday with the best access to Namibia’s wildlife.  The tour is limited to a maximum of six participants in order to provide the best wildlife opportunity and travelling comfort.  The accommodation is of a high standard and carefully selected to ensure the best locations and to maximise time and wildlife encounters.
